  4. Hi there just wondered if anyone could tell me why the engine has over heated on my Rev 3 ? It’s blown all the coolant out of the rad cap. After testing I can see that the fan is not coming on so that will be the first clue? I have tested the fan with a car battery and the fan does work when test, so any ideas what it could be? Any help would be appreciated thanks. Regards Phillip
  5. Just to let you know that I have fixed the Carb know by stripping the Carb down again and blowing out the Fuel cut off valve which had dirt in it causing the bowl to overflow and blowing out the pilot jet and as a result the bike starts and runs perfectly now. Thanks for your help. Regards Phillip

  7. Hi there I am new to the forum and have recently bought a 2003 Beta rev 3 250cc but its running very badly on low revs, I had the carb off and cleaned it in a sonic bath, had a new cut off jet fitted and had a new set of reeds. It was running better until my son fell off it and it instantly went back to running badly again, has any one got any ideas what it could be? Thank you Phillip
