I thought I'd ask as I didn't know if the Sherpa forks would be good for road riding . Models are 182 and 191 . What do you mean by tapered tops ?

Does anyone know if I can swap over the front forks from my Sherpa T onto my Lobito mk4 ??? Are they the same length ? And all the fittings the same ?
  5. I know there are a lot of posts here about bultaco clutch but I just can't seem to get it 100% it seems to engage as when I have it pulled there is no compression . When i go into first it wants to pull away abit , normal ? Once I'm in first it's hard to get back into neutral and when I have it in gear and clutch pulled in the bike doesn't roll freely really hard to push and there's a squeek coming from the magneto side of the engine . Any suggestions ? Have to adjust the screw right up to pushrod to even get it to engage at all ...
  6. Any recommendations on where to buy spare seals ? I've seen them quite cheap online . Are there specific ones for each set of forks ? Is it a hard job to change can a amateur do this kind of thing ?

Looking for recommendations on what to fit on my exhaust . I have the central silencer which I am re packing but I am missing the "petaca" triangle shaped silencer off the end of my Lobito mk4 exhaust . Has anyone got any advise on a modern alternative that would look good and do the same job . Can't find many for sale and the ones that are are very expensive . Just need an extra silencer as to pass my ITV (spanish MOT) or would just the middle be enough ???
  8. Oh so the seals are ok ? Was strange as it was all fine till I changed the oil .
  9. Hi , my lobito mk4 has been in the garden awaiting and engine to go back in . Meanwhile without having done anything apart from drain the oil taken the springs out to check them and replaced the oil , one of the forks is spewing out oil from the dust cover even when the bike is not being moved ? Any ideas ? Could be due to heat . It's pretty hot here in Mallorca. Any help ?

This one doesn't go onto a spline on the top of the clutch cover . It is underneath and is directly onto the spiral .

Hi , I'm trying to figure out how to set the clutch arm further back . I know that I can adjust the screw and nut but I want to set the part that the clutch cable attaches to further back as it just moves freely and according to photos Irma should be further back ... any ideas ? Lobito mk4
