  1. Thanks for the help! Had the same issue with the bushings, was surprised how worn they were. Unfortunately didn't have any replacements so gave them a clean and put them back in. Will replace them next time. For anyone unsure by the oil capacities stated in the manual - I was advised by Beta to fully compress forks (spring taken out on left) then fill to 120mm air gap on left and 60mm air gap on right.
  2. That's helpful to know, thanks Reggie. I thought the internals may be different since the oil capacities have changed. Do you know whether the bottom bolt needs to be undone to change the seals, in particular the left side?
  3. Hi all, Planning to do the fork seals on my 2019 Beta Evo 300 and have a few questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 1. Understand Beta switched to Sachs forks recently (2018 maybe?). Does this Youtube tutorial on Paioli forks still apply to the Sachs version? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSUkG6RshGQ 2. Read that people have had issues with the bottom bolt being tricky to undo and fasten without an impact driver. Does this bolt need to be undone to do the fork seals (left and right)? Looking at the parts diagram it would suggest it doesn't need to be loosened to take the fork apart? 3. The manual since switching to Sachs forks states 297g of oil is required. Does anyone know what this translates to for 5w oil? Is this the same both sides? Thanks in advance for the help.
