    Thanks, It worked! One cotton bud of grease (fingers to large), and it fired up on third kick, I'll now strip the carb down for a clean. Rgds Andrew

    Can anyone advise on starting a 2002 Montesa when cold. Having not started it for a couple of weeks it takes around 20 to 30 kicks if I'm lucky. Once its warm then starting is okay. I have checked the plug which seems okay, and yes it's wet after all that effort. Ideas and comments please, has any one else had this problem?
