  1. Still can't find the missing needle bearing - advice?

    1996 fxstc recently developed a strange sporadic noise. It kinda sounded like a loose bolt in the engine case. I had planned on replacing the rocker box gaskets while down for the winter. It had slight oil seeping on front cylinder rocker box. I started to tear down the rocker boxes and decided to have a look in the cam chest. I discovered the breather valve was about 8 teeth out of time. The cam gear and pinion were correct. At this point I decided to look further and removed the pushrods , lifters and cam. When I inspected the INA cam bearing I discovered 1 missing needle with cage still intact. No sign of the needle or damage, and now I have a helluva delima...ugh y'all got any advice on this...? PLEASE
