Now i`ve got the bike to go forward and stop reasonably well, I find that a mod that I will benifit from is New Footrests/pegs. Simply I need something that will just bolt on to the exsisting lug. Not able to even saw or angle-grind the lugs off is there a quick fix simple footpegs that anyone can recommend?
The other factor to me is i`ve got size 11 boots and the original pegs are so small, hope to find pegs that have a larger platform if that is the word? Seen some on ebay and race-spec catalogue (2004) around
Not sure where to ask this question, though twinshock seems to be the obvious place.
I have an old Yam TY250 Twinshock, it`s not run since 1992. I started it as a project something to tinker with, put it to the back the shed and now I wish to have a play on it. I took the somewhat knackered chain off and i`ve thown it away without counting how many links that I need to replace it. 520 is what was on it, how many links do you think i`ll need...?
Reading through a lot of posts i`ll not be buying Iris as it seems they snap, any other suggestion would be welcome.
