i got this from sicily as i live in malta and i did the power kit installation myself , all is good but at top end i have no power as if a rev limiter

Hi anyone , i bought a new honda montesa 301RR and installed the new ower kit . the bike starts east at low revs ok but as is pull the throttle the bike is restricted in revs . Does any one can tell me why please ? and how to fix this
