  1. Anybody out there got an opinion on the best rear shocks for a TLR 200? Present bike has Falcons but with postage to NZ they work out a leetle expensive for me, so something that may be sourced domestically would/could be a big plus for me? Look forward to hearing from anyone. Phil
  2. Thanks for that mattylad, I'll keep my eye out for a TLM anyone know of a wrecked one in NZ??
  3. Anyone done a disc conversion for the TL 200? looking for straight bolt on parts, no trick machine shop work or etc.

    Exhaust Paint

Hi there, just bite the bullet and use HPC coating, they have a range of colours and the Aluminium finish is definatley heat proof, it will buff up with Solvol to look ( allmost ) like chrome. Shouldn't cost a fortune as the header pipe is quite small,
  5. Black frame, swing arm, triple tree. Silver ( I used light silver Mariner outboard motor paint and an old hillman orange colour on the tank which was as close as my aging eyes could make it to the original ) TL 125's came in Orange red and blue accents on the tank, depending on the year

    Engines

Hi, try Lifan engines as they do a 200 Honda engine copy. that unit also has a carb with an accellerator pump which eliminates the off idle stall that can be a problem on the 200 engines, these units have been retailing for around the 750$ nz mark recently. Good luck. Phil
  7. Anyone know where I could get a set of TLR200 fork oil seals and slider top dust wipers? looking for honda parts but would consider pattern parts if they are good quality, I'm in NZ so local stuff would be good but dont mind importing from the UK
