I am 65 years young, spent most of my life in a small town on the mid north coast NSW. In 1975 I purchased a new TY 175, most of my riding mate rode trail bikes, which was ok for most of the time until we hit the straight dirt roads, speed is a problem for TY's so a year later I got the 6 speed, a little better. Eventually push came to shove, sold the TY for a bigger faster Bultaco 370 Frontera, big of a bugger of a bike, but it did beat all the other bikes eg 500's in local Enduro events. Got right out of bikes for the next 39 years until now. A mate of mine kept my 1976 TY in his shed, to my surprise the thing still goes but is very busted up. Anyway my bike juices got flowing and behold I found a gem, if you want look at it go to The Hell Team online check it. I purchased it and am not disappointed its next to brand new, well untill you look close, but for a bike built in 1976, GEM.
