Just joined and would like to have a chat with those interested in 70's Bultaco Sherp T's. At present I have 4 of them ranging from 1972 to 79 and all quit different. Who knows what they are talking about when it comes to the different models in this era. I am based near London in the UK and normally do not have the information at hand when it comes to identify problems and spares availability. Dave Rainham is very good, but I do not like pestering him too much, he has a business to run and not woffle with a geek like me ! Also, want to get hold of a 1975 model. Any thoughts let me know.

Maybe not but it looks a lot better with the silver frame; clutch adjusted god knows how many times. I'll try a different oil !! I have another one roughly the same age with an alloy tank, I will keep this one to the correct spec, dont want to upset any traditionists !

Good afternoon Folks, need some assistance with the paint spec on a 1972/73 Sherpa 250T. What is the red and blue paint spec and I have a problem with the clutch dragging after replacing the plates. Can anyone help. Thanks Tommo
