hello mate ,i fitted a kawasaki ae/ar 80 piston kit to my tlm 50.my one has definately been bored, but honda did make tlm 50,60,70,80,125 and so on.the bottom of the skirt on the piston has to be cut down a touch to miss counter weights on crankshaft.also the measurment from the center of the gudgen pin to the top of piston crown is slighly shorter, which will give you a bigger squish gap hence lower the compresion, which will probably take it back down to the power of a 50cc.thisis the only piston that has almost identical measurments.i hope this is useful to you......oh the bike chugs along fine.
  2. got a honda tlm50f ,needs a set of rings, but since i've started looking its very hard to find engine parts for these.now it's all in pieces the bore measures 49.4mm which is big for a 50cc,on the barrel it is stamped with the 49cc,but doing my maths i'd say it's been sleeved for an 80cc.I have just ordered a kawasaki ae/ar 80 piston which has almost identical dimensions.if any one knows or can help please drop me a line,thanks... Continuation to this .got the ae/ar piston good fit but from center of gudgen pin to top of crown is less than original one!!!!! can anyone out there help me ?
