I just want it to be neat and tidy, I'm a bit of a percy pencil case :-( I've now dropped this idea mainly because of the extra width, but thanks for everyone's advice. Next idea being formulated already, but related to a bespoke air box for the AJS to fill the big gap under the saddle, as the oil tank now sits on top of the engine, any ideas from anyone?

Thanks, do you know what type of belt drive your mate used? I was thinking about modifying the inner cover, to make it wider by say 1 cm I think it would be neater job rather than changing the outer. The challenge will be to get a good seal :-(

Has anyone managed to fit a belt drive primary to an AJS M16? I'm looking at trying to fit a Bob Newby product but not sure that the width of the cover is large enough to take the belt. Does anyone know where I might get a slightly wider cover? Are there any other products out there for this conversion to the M16? Thanks

Hello, does anyone know where I can get my hands on a new HT5 replica frame? I want to build a project over the summer months as I'm fed up sat in front of a computer at work. Ideally I'm after an oil in the frame version. Also interested in any complete bike ot projects that are for sale. Thanks in advance.......
