Thanks for the reply. I posted the question on behalf of a friend who doesn't have internet access. He says the bike he's bought is a Gas Gas and is 250cc. I'll check with him again on the model number and get back to you. Cheers. OK. We've checked and it we are talking about an XT 270. The year is 98/99 and it's got an alloy tank. Thanks for all the info. I'll ask him to bring the bike to mine so i can post some pictures. Watch this space!
