  1. Thanks Pete, I will look forward for sunday seeing different bikes with people who can ride them. Bikes i like, I think the BETA REV 3 looks a great bike, 250cc i think. However if i can borrow my mates Gas Gas 280 txt pro,I will give it a go. Different gearing, slow throttle and if the price is right,I would be tempted. First bike just to get me in the saddle. Top farm sounds good, keep you posted when i can go up. Thanks Jeff.
  2. Thanks Neil, It will give me a good chance to see different bikes before buying one. What time do the trials usually start ? Thanks Jeff.
  3. Hi I live in Harvington near Evesham, looking at buying trials bike. I am a newbie 39 years old and will try practicing at Top farm near Broadway, saturdays. Can anyone tell me exactly where and when the Evesham trial is ? Thanks Jeff.
  4. Thanks for reply guys. I think if he lets me before buying, I will try a slow throttle and change the gearing. Any vibes on the Beta Rev 3 or are you Gas Gas lovers only ? Thanks Jeff.
  5. Hi Guys, I am new to trials and a friend has offered me his 280 txt pro 2003. I was looking for a Beta Rev 3 200 or 250. My problem is the gas gas feels very powerfull for a newbie, can it be geared different or any other tweeks ? Also I am 5 feet 7inches, 11 stone very late thirties. The Beta feels alot smaller to ride,or can the Gas Gas be adjusted to someone my size ? I here the 125cc gas gas is a great bike any vibe on this ? Thanks for any feedback. Jeff.
  6. Sound advise, I always tried to buy jetski"s that spent more time on dry land. The well used sea ski"s were always cream crackered. So i am after a Beta Rev 3 25occ 2 stroke, that still smells like new. Wheres Santa when you need him. Thanks Jeff.
  7. Hi fair comment i guess everyones different. I will start with
  8. Hi Guys my names Jeff, and i am thinking of taking up trials. I currently jetski, freestyle on a stand up about 7 years now. Todays economy has swung me, where building a freestyle ski is big money, You cannot buy one new unlike a trials bike, where its ready to trial straight out the showroom. Any advise on what bike to buy ?, second hand for starters. I am 39 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, and 11 stone, any advise on the right bike for me would be gratefull. Thanks for any feedback Jeff.
