    I have a 2007 250 beta rev 3 and a 2006 270 beta rev 3 and on both of them the tyre wears on the inside of the exhaust can when the tyre's up that high. It wears so much that there's a 2 inch whole in the side of the exhaust now and fumes blow out the side I can see why it does it, but can't see anything wrong or broken to make it do it. The exhaust can/silencer can wobble side ways a bit, far enough so it gets in the way of the tyre. This has happened on both of them so i was wondering whether this is a known problem or a problem with both the bikes?
