Hi my 94 techno needs a new clutch can anyone tell me the best and cheapest place to buy one from. Any help would be great just trying to save a few pennys. Thanks Andy

Hi Stork, The needle was set at the top. I have drained the tank, put 70:1 mix in . I was out yesterday and the bike ran great with new stator and the right mix but the plug still fouled up after about 2 hours had to take plug out and clean it fired straight back up and was fine after that but didnt ride it for much longer so dont know weather it will do it again. Only thing that i can think is timing but dont know were to start with that so any more help would be great. Or i forgot clutch has gone now aswell they say it comes in three's lol thanks Andy

I have replaced to plug the other day after i fitted stator, carb been cleaned and i have moved needle to middle now. I been using 90:1 mix with me not knowing what the right mix was so thats prob the prob with the plug fouling. How do i adjust the clutch from behined the clutch casing or the side were it gets blead and pipe goes into the box. Thanks for ya help up to now stork cheers mate andy

Ignition timing - mm B.T.D.C 2.7 how do i do this i know its 2.7 mm before top dead centre but how do i check it any help would be gratefull thanks andy

Hi, I have a Beta Techno with a few problems.. 1. The clutch drags all the time (worse when cold), and even when warm it still drags enough to stop you from rolling the bike back if ya get into a fix. Also from 1st to 3rd its fine but after that it slips has any one any ideas dont want to get new clutch if its something else. Problem 2. It started running really bad a week after i bought it.. fouling up plug, and missfiring so got stator rewound, ran great but its still fouling up the plug after about an hour so have to kept cleaning it. Dont know if its timed up right or not just set it to were it came off, so how or were should it be set or is it something else i should be looking at. Any help would be great ladys and gents Cheers, Andy
