  1. Thanks - i thought as much. These mufflers are very slim (about 20mm) - with the intermediate mufflers, i cut a piece out of the back and make a larger piece to pop rivet back over the hole so they can be repacked anytime. i was thinking the same for the miller but could look ugly. may be easier to buy std type or just ride without it. (if i'm allowed to)
  2. Gday i have a Sammy Miller Banana (boomerang) muffler on my sherpa which is clogged up with oil. I have soaked and flushed with air cleaner cleaning fluid and heaps of crap came out, Does anybody know if these have any packing in them, before i have a go at opening it up? thanks
  3. Can anybody share some mods for M199 front suspension please? At present they have an air cap (i asume this is to let air out?) and a car motor valve spring on top of the std spring.
  4. Thanks Could it be too old for a TYZ type I think (excuse my ignorance) the part for the electronic ignition, in lieu of the normal coil, did have a T and a Z marked on it in oil pen.
  5. Trying to find out what flywheel i have in my sherpa. Does it look like a yamaha item please? (also has elect ignition)
  6. Have had this bike for a few years now, and have decided to put it into action. i have a few questions that i hope can be answered please. (1) the bike is fitted with elect ignition and different flywheel (see photo) - can anybody tell where the flywheel has come from please. (2) does anybody know the weight of a std 325cc flywheel please - would like to compare with the one fitted. (3) is the miller frame geo any different to the standard please, or just better material - i'm pretty sure that the rake and trail are the same (sammy's input on the std frame). the rear triangle section looks slightly different. (3) also do you think this bike has anymore value than a std M199. thanks
