  1. Spoke to my mate in Canberra. Did similar to what subanator has done on the face but also skimmed the top edge of the flywheel weight down about 5mm leaving about 2mm to the closest hole. He then raised the pilot jet by one size and set his clip on the needle to the lowest point raising the needle fully and said it has become a lot more responsive on tight sections. Hope this helps.
  2. I know of a mate in Canberra who has had the flywheel "lightened". Give me a week or so to find out what he has done as he is hard to get hold of.
  3. Hi there, Found this fantastic website today. I am quite impressed with the information that has been submitted in the forums. I started riding TY175's here in Australia when they first came out in 1975 with the TY175B. I have owned quite a few over the years and now currently own 6 TY175's of which 2 are TY175JC's. I look forward to contributing to the forums in the future.
