Clutch Doesnt Want To Work On Start Up!

Featured Replies

Why does the clutch do this? is it because there's some oil on the plates?

Then as the plates spin it just gets flicked off?

Also, would putting it in gear when cold - pulling clutch lever in - then easing kickstart

over gently (rather than rocking the bike) be better/worse and slower/quicker.

look where your pointing it....very true.........had an incident with washing line personally

Yeh last year my mate got his beta out of the van ready for the start of

the lakes fired it up and let it warm while putting his lid on,put it into gear

the clutch was stuck and proceded to wheelie off straight into the brand

new van he had borrowed scratching all the paintwork on it and ending up in a heap on the floor

right in front of a load of people me and my mate p*****d ourselves!
