Practice Areas

Featured Replies

hi, i have the rest of the week off work and dont no what to do with myself, does anyone know of a trials practice area near the middlesbrough area that is open during the week, i dont mind travelling so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

cheers

Been a long time since I lived up there, but as I seem to be the only one skiving at work so early in the New Year:

I would imagine that Charltons is still available for practice if you contact the Guisborough club.

And if you fancy a 50 or 60 mile trip Harwood Dale (Low North Park) is spot on. Need to contact the Scarborough club for that one.

I think both of them may need club membership.

Slapewath or Charltons is only open at weekends, Thursdays in the Summer months, membership of Guisborough Club and a practice pass is required . Harwood Dale is open all week but once again a membership of Scarborough Club and practice pass is required. Both venues also require a key to get in.

In fact I had a very pleasant 5 hours practice at Harwood Dale today.

Shut up  What do you work as CK - I need a new job, you're never there

Bikespace,

things have changed in the north east and they now allow holidays in the construction industry. I'm a polish plumber. :icon_rendeer:

Whilst others may agree with you and think I'm never there I feel like I spend most of my life driving up and down the A19 / A1, in the dark /wet / fog / ice.

Just 2 more days R & R then its the weekend.
