Bike Insurance

Featured Replies

im lookin to insure my new beta for the road anyone got any good advice on where to get it i will only be doing about 5 road trials a year thanks

Got mine with Benetts, 82 quid TPFT, depends on how old you are and when you passed your test as well I expect, did mine in 1971. I had my Enduro with E Bike, nice and cheap but quoted 160 quid for the Rev3 so went to benetts. Policy is actually underwritten by Norwich Union so worth a try there direct.

I've got all my bikes insured with Norwich union, but the policy excludes use for trials competitions (and circuit racing???) It's worth checking for this exclusion beofre taking out the insurance if you only want to insure your bike to use in road events.

Remember, all ACU clubs offer third party on the day Insurance for their road events. Clean(ish) licence and over 21 works out at

Addict, do you realise that passing your test in 1971 makes you well over 50!?!?!
