I know there are loads of checmicals out there muck off, wuth cleaner, pro wash. All of these have done the job for me in the past but they cost a fortune

Ive always just used the jet wash and some Gunk on the oily bits, Ryan has recently been using Alloy Wheel Cleaner which he swears by and doesnt take much to get the grime off, Ralph on the other hand doesnt wash his bike, he just waits for the dirt to go crusty and fall off

try getting traffic film remover from a whole sale motor factors. about

I use "HEAVY DUTY PLANT & MACHINERY PRESSURE WASHER DETERGENT" from www.spaldings.co.uk. It's expensive to buy as it comes in 25 litre drums but it lasts. I dilute 250cc into 5 litres of water in a pump-up garden sprayer. Pressure wash the heavy mud off the bike, a quick spray over with the diluted fluid, leave for a couple of minutes and pressure wash off.

I bought a drum in January 2006 and I've used about a quarter of it, that's probably 90 washes, plus it does the alloys on the cars most weeks too.

I've used Muc-Off for years as I get most of my stuff that works for my mountain bikes & trials bikes.

I've recently started to use Fenwicks as it can be diluted. I get it from mountain bike shops & its a lot cheaper than Muc-Off.

Don't know if this helps, but over the pond here in the US, I use "LA's Totally Awesome". It's available at Dollar TRee and other discount homestores. Costs $1 for about 20 oz. Works Awesome.
