i've had a quick scan around the forum and found a topic on boots, although it wasn't very helpful. I am basically looking for sum new boots, iv tried on some alpinestars and found them amazing in comparison to my forma grippers, although they are a little pricey i was just wondering what boots you guys use?..and basically some advantages and disadvantages?..

fit like a glove and never broke!

i have a pair of novogars and they are a good pair of boots and fit me just right

Agree with yamahaty250xox my boots are the same and well comfortable

Alpinestars are a top notch boot but i found they go tatty very quick.

Gearne Balance.Don't leak and fit like a glove now that i put a footbed in.

I'm on my sewcond pair of old style Novogars, I really like them but the soles do seem to wear out quickly. The latest versions are supposed to have longer wearing soles but my word are they stiff when new! White does seem to be the colour this year.

Luverly and comfortable, waterproof sock as well.

cant beat a good pair of riggers with asda carrier bags inside to keep the water out HA HA

If water resistance is important, it's difficult to beat the Sidi Discovery boots. It's a fantastic piece of footwear.

where did you get your gaerne balance boots from? ... i can find the classics and the oiled ones although i can't find the balance. I like the look of the gaerne boots alot! ... although what's the difference between the normal ones and the oiled ones?

iv'e just realised that there all balance boots, i think im going to get sum of the gaerne boots in brown thanks alot guys

well ive got forma grippers and there like bags of s*** so soft and anyways im concentrating so hard in a section their the least of my worries,jus dont notice em

i have found that xc ting sell boots and they are well cool !!! does anybody on here know where they are sold?
