I can see it being ok for easy routes as you say hrc1 & its interesting that the footpegs can be brought forward. I am always interested in these stranger concepts, I like Scorpas longride with the air cooled engine as it could be used to cover a bit of distance as well as sections but its 163cc engine seems a bit small and therefor underpowered but I might be wrong there.

I must say that I like the pics of the Rev3 with a seat, how available is that as a kit? I know its getting away from trials in the purset sense but I do like the idea of being able to cover a bit of distance although of course the tank range contradicts the point.
