13th April In Lindale, Cumbria.

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have heard about a trial in Lindale, Cumbria (Westmorland Motor Club) this sunday but cant find details of it on the event list.

Does anyone have any details?

Also, this would be my first trial. What do i need to do/know? Do i just turn up on my bike and have a go or do i need to apply for some kind of license or something first?

Any advice greatfully accepted.

Sorry for the dumb questions.

Marcus

Its on the clubs own land. It should be flagged from the A590 roundabout at the bottom of lindale hill. You go into lindale village and the road takes you underneath the main A590 about 2miles down the road on your left. Keep your eye out for flags on the junctions. Turn up and enjoy , if you havnt got an ACU licence i think you can get a day one. HOPE THIS HELPS

Excellent.

So i can get a day licence when i'm there. How much is it?

I can enter on the day. How much is that?

Is there anything i need to bring, besides the obvious toolkit. Any documentation/I.D.

Is there anything i need to do to the bike? Any scrutinering etc?

If i'm wrong about anything please tell me.

I appreciate all the help.

Thanks guys.

You can download a an application for a ACU licence off there web page. Fill it in and take it with you, you need it signed by a club official, so you needent bother with a day one
