Sunday Hints And Tips Please

Featured Replies

Hey there heading up to the six days for 4 days as a first time spectator. Just wanted to ask for any hints and tips for the newbie spectator. Basics really like parking in fort william on sunday afternoon & will there be trade stores for the public, from people like Gas Gas or will they be too busy??? Any other hints would be mint thanks!!!!!!!

Most of it Here

The above relates more to the riders, but you can see whats happening

Plenty of Trade Stands in Park Ferme to take your hard earned cash

Park in and around the town on the Sunday either Pay & Display or try and find a back street, you won't get near Park Ferme on the Sunday

Buy a programme or download routes from ther SSDT website, it will give you spectators choice each day

.......................and finally if this is your first time its guranteed not to be your last

Check in the program for Perce's riding number, he's fun to watch if he gets it wrong, comes out with all sorts of entertaing language.

I hope you both enjoy Scottish week sat home knitting or doing something really worthwhile.

It will feel a bit empty not being there, but tekin p*** out of you all week will help

I.ll be looking out for this guy with crash of the day award in mind

& Perce, for an old fella, is a bloody fine rider. Kinda puts things in perspective.

(Results Perce, I watch the results, so I know these things.)

To be fair, he doesn't crash too often (except when he's trying to get up the rear end of old granny's :barf: )

Watch the superstars ride (Browny, Dibs, Ishy) and then watch Perce at the end
