charliechitlins Posted August 23, 2004 Report Share Posted August 23, 2004 This is not the best tech tip, but it sort of works: For those who have not yet installed some kind of water pump guard on their Scorpas (e.g. my buddy, Roy)... We got some stainless steel braided loom that was big enough to slip over the hose, and it has taken quite a few scrapes and hits without damaging the hose. Wear gloves when you work with this stuff. Some kind of rigid guard (like the one posted that was welded to the skidplate) would be better, but this is fast, easy and cheap. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
