October 15, 200817 yr Last few years I've stopped at the Turf, decent bar and a good breakfast. Be warned though the bedroom doors lock behind you when you sleep walk in the corridor in your shreddies.
October 23, 200817 yr Yes, it's road race year. Ron & Leon Haslam + Leon Camier have all entered, not 100% sure they know what it's all about As a matter of interest - how long did they last?
October 23, 200817 yr Haslams didn't start as far as I am aware, but Leon C and his pal... can't remember his name... got off grouse moore and nearly to 4th petrol check as far as I am aware.... What a great effort from them both, I was speaking to Leon after he finished and he said he had never ridden in a trial before !!!!! He said he now has a bit more of an understanding and a LOT more respect for the top trials riders... good on him I say... Hows about entering Dougie in the BSB next year as a wildcard at say brands??? think he would make 3/4's distance??? I will have to find out Leon mates name as he deserves a round of applause too !!!
