You would have to put a tube in for the pre 65 scottish, under the present rules.

Because of advice from a successful RR rider/classic trials rider who uses old school mag, I did decide to stay with my BTH and order a overhaul from Mick Hall instead of go for a mag with modern curve. First class overhaul, thanks Mick.
