That would seem to be what I need. The spring looks relatively light. Does it work well? I would guess it helps to create resistance when applying the brake pedal.

    Sunny, if you need welding done in Victoria contact Dave Fair http://www.gasgaspacific.com/. He is an amazing welder specializing in aluminum. I am a welder also but am not set up for aluminum welding. Anything aluminum is best sent to Dave. He is also the local Gas gas dealer. If you need any mild steel welded I would be happy to do it for you at no cost. Any updates on your projects. Cheers, Fergie.
