Hi Folks

can anyone out there give me an idea of whats involved

in replacing the gear selector shaft on a 08 4t, and point me to where i can find

a diagram or anything that might help,

is it an engine out job?

Give Lampkins a ring and speak to one of the mechs - they will give you all the advice you need.

The exploded parts diagram might be of use.

If your talking about the shaft the shifter lever fits on, i've done a couple of them, it's pretty easy and straight forward. The shaft goes thru the motor from the clutch side. Takes 30-45 minutes to do.
