May 9, 201016 yr I have had to ride the Scorpa 125 recently and realised how snappy it is right at the bottom end compared to my TLR200. Talking to another 125 owner today he has carried out a mod by removing the woodruff key and retarding the ignition by half the keys thickness. Has anyone else here done the same or is there any other way to do it as I would imagine the crank nut would need tightening well without the key in ?? I had heard of this mod before and never followed it up but had a go on his 125 and noticed a difference.
May 9, 201016 yr what gearing are you running???? I found a 10t front sprocket made it a different bike.
May 9, 201016 yr Has yours had the flywheel lightened? I rode mine in a trial for the first time last week and found it quite flat. Just how I like it
