June 12, 201016 yr hi just bought a 2004 sherco 290 on thursday and got it out today to have a better look at it and noticed that the front disc moves back and forth. is it meant to rock back and forth like a floating disc or am i missing something like spacers etc much help needed tom
June 12, 201016 yr Shouldn't rock forwards and backwards much, just side to side. The spacers wear and need replacing....they're cheap though !
June 12, 201016 yr YES it should go forwards and backward if looking at the bike from the front, and yeah its a floating disk
