hi, i was wondering if a gas gas 80cc 2002 model was any good and what should i be looking for. Thanks

    The lad had a new one back in 2002 and it was brilliant. He found it really easy to start unlike the 125 and it felt so light whilst having all the controls of a full sized machine. The perfect stepping stone for a small 11 year old.

    The only problem I had with it was fouling plugs. He learnt to carry a spanner around in his pocket with a spare plug. For some reason every few trials it would stop without warning. No amount of kicking or pushing would get it to go once the pug gave up. A new plug and it always started first kick and away he went. Other than that it was brilliant.

    I kept it for about 18 months and then he upgraded, even from new I only lost about
