Heres a new way to kill a revving engine..

happened yesterday to a LUCKY Beta rider in Hong Kong. (not me :stoned: )

Fell off his bike...bike was revving its nuts off.

He went over to hit the kill switch...slipped and his foot landed on the rear tyre.

WELL..that was spinning like crazy so it took his foot/leg and rammed it into the gap between swingarm and rear tyre/wheel!!!!!!!!!

AMAZINGLY he didnt brake his leg or ankle...but we had to get the rear wheel exhaust etc off pretty quick 'cause the blood wasnt getting through his leg.!!!!!!!!!!!:stoned:

Bloody hell, by the sounds of it that could have been at lot worse. You must have been like a pitcrew gettin the wheel off etc...

Lloyd

yeah...one cool guy...I'd have been spitting me dummy out if I could tell there was no blood going to my foot.

Next time you're on your bike, look at how big the gap is between rear wheel and swingarm.(near to rear shock)

Its hard to believe, but his whole foot/boot was right through that gap!!
