boots with gore tex or not (Gaerne)

I'm going to buy new boots. And the question is with gore tex (gaerne balance classic) or not (gaerne balance pro tech). What's Your opinions? Boots wil be used for an amateurish riding 'around the chimney'.

You pays your money and you takes your pick, personally I always buy the cheapest I can find because they ALL leak, PS how do prices for stuff e.g rear tyres compare to ours in UK.

Service of my bike (new breake liquid, new oil in gear, rear suspencion + check out and service of all bearings and 'damper', front suspencion - new oil + parts, new sparking plug, all things should be done after season with engine checking + small cleaning of the radiator) less then 1000 pln (all parts and work) of course not in authorised but in good and checked service, owned by my friend. If authorised +100% more ;-) as usual
