April 6, 201115 yr Hello Ive just aquired a scorpa blue gauard model 2005?, and would like to know which way the 2 wires go onto the thermostate in the radiator bottom or does it not matter, Im also missing one of the air filter element clips from the air box lid has any one modified or found a method of holding the lid on by some other method or should I try and locate another clip Thanks John.

The switch wires don't matter. I'm also missing a filter clip, I folded a 2mm stainless Tig filler rod to the shape and it works peachy !
