Carb is a24mm mikuni it is on a BSA bantam b175 problem is when choke is on it starts and runs but then when you take it off it dies has worked fine for ages but now stopped I have cleaned inside carb aswell any sugestions please will be moast gratefull

If it runs on the choke and dies when you take it off then the PILOT jet is BLOCKED.

And how shall I clean it shall I blow out with the air line

The needle drops into the main jet and the pilot jet is located in front of the main jet. Blow compressed air through from below.
