March 17, 200521 yr I've been trying to find infomation on displaying the last three digits of the trials licence at SACU National events like we had to last year. Does anyone know if this rule is still inforce? Is there a rules page on there web site?
March 17, 200521 yr Boof The rule was not new last year. It was just that last year if was inforced with a 10 mark penalty. The same still applies this year.
March 20, 200521 yr it has been the rule for many years, just enforced more strongly last year just enforced at one trial last year - then everyone realised that it was unenforcable - if you have any-old number on the front of your bike how can an organiser know its your licence number? just leave your ssdt plate on for a year and nobody bothers you
March 22, 200521 yr It'll be good to see you - incase you dont recognise me (and to check licence numbers you will have to recognise everyone ) i'll be the one with the moustache and the cigar
March 22, 200521 yr I'll likely have a marker pen or even some insulating tape in the boot of my car so if you are unsure how to apply your SACU licence number I will be happy to lend out the requisite equipment! I better check that the bike I am riding has the correct number on the front! Edited March 22, 200521 yr by g4321
March 23, 200521 yr Author Can any one supply a link to the actual wording of the rule, I don't have a copy of the Trails Reugulations as I don't have an SACU licence. Thanks.
March 23, 200521 yr boofont - if you dont ride under an SACU licence you dont need a number on your bike - the club will give you one when you sign on - !!!
