340villiers Posted September 5, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 5, 2011 (edited) cheers ross you are a star. now thats what i call service, just back from the shed, the carb i have is ex txr but was unsure on its engine size ie 240 or 280cc. going with your specs ross its definitely a 240cc carb. i had tried a couple of ex swm carbs, but they did not carburate very well. so carb cleaned and ready for action, will refit soon. ross any other good info in that owners manual? the spec for the txr was is very limited. regards willie.
