November 3, 201114 yr Hi, After reading many topics about rear wheel position in the swingarm I didn't find exact answer to the question: What is the true ofset of rear rim from brake disc (or from the sproket to rim ) ???? sherco 290 ( 2009 year ) Maybe someone can measure the real ofset in millimeters. Please help, because at the moment I am looking to my rear tire from the end, and it look a little more to the brake disc side, and in the swingarm the rear tire touch a little to the spring of the stand leg. Thanks for any advice...
November 3, 201114 yr Yep, they tend to do that, nothing wrong with your rear wheel. On some Sherco's I've cocked the rear wheel slightly using the chain adjusters just enough so it doesn't rub.

Front rim as I know is centered... So maybe to check somehow the line from centered front, and when I will see rear tire. Is it in place or ofset... am I right?

No front rim is not centred and needs to be aligned on a rebuild as Sherco only supply the one length of spoke for front rims now days. But the rear rim has 2 lengths of spokes (Left side and Disk Side) so it's alot easier to get aligned....virtually does it itself. Best of balance. Neo
