Stripped the fork legs down to nothing, taken the bushes (spacers) out of the top (3 spacers which sit just below fork seals).

Replaced the bloody expensive things, but can't get them in. Tried freezing the bushes and heating the fork leg, but don't even seem close.

Any ideas?

Don't really want to wallop them at 26 quid a pop.
