April 10, 200521 yr Hi Kinell Weather was a bit cold and rainy, good practise for the SSDT. A good turn out and the majority seemed to enjoy the day. Scores were quite high, very slippy and the moor runs very muddy. Gaz won the A on 12, Roger 36, Phil Alderson was riding very well but surprisingly dropped 22 on the first lap and I think 23 on the second. The B route, Ali MacGillivray dropped 21 and Andy kearton 22. sorry it's a bit vague. Our miniweb has disappeared from the ACU website, hopefully someone will post onto Trials central, I should recieve some info later tonight. Sandra

April 11, 200521 yr were you not there Andy....does this mean no photo feature like last year???? Afraid not. I'm just about to head off for a damned meeting in Elgin and the thought of driving all the way up to Kinlochleven yesterday then all the way up to Elgin today put me off. By all accounts the weather was awful so I'm glad I didn't go.

April 11, 200521 yr Author Jeez, that serious..... you gonna be okay for the Six Days or will the big thumbprint hold you back then as well ?? I've already booked 3.5 weeks away from the wife and kids this year, another 2 or 3 days for the Pollock would have cost me dearly
April 11, 200521 yr Author Drop plenty of subtle hints, practice your best sad face try the odd heavy discontented sigh whilst looking mournfully out of the window, tell her that all your mates are going and their wives/girlfriends don't seem to mind Don't be buying no chocolates/flowers etc. as she'll just think you've been naughty... It'll be a footprint not a thumbprint on your forehead!
April 11, 200521 yr Got the results emailed but I can't open them either. Its an .xlr file, I think its MSworks. I tried to open them with MSworks but it seems there's no infomation within the file.
April 11, 200521 yr Sorry for the delay folks, were doing our best to get them posted just a bit of a software glitch! As some of you may have noticed our website has gone as this is the place results would normally be displayed we can only apologise, the "ACU" must have decided to cut web costs and as they hosted ours it seems we pay part of the cost by being chopped! it came at a bad time the week before the Pollock and was news to us as .FOREWARNED WOULD HAVE BEEN FOREARMED as they say.
April 11, 200521 yr I did Kincardine to Aberdeen for a meeting then Aberdeen to Elgin for another then had great fun across Dava in the Scooby to Grantown and back down the crappy A9 to home in a day. God knows how you do that A9 so often BJ. It sucks, big time.
