Hi,

On my tlr 200 i have noticed that the front sprocket can travel alot on the shaft either way.

The chain has been rubbing on the engine casing aswell, is there spose to be a spacer away from the casing on the shaft behind the sproket??

Where can i get one??

Also where can i get the rubber bushes for the rear sprocket??

James

Shim out the sprocket so that there is no sideways movement against the circlip with some washers, it takes a little time to sort out but it is worth it to try and minimise shaft wear. At the same time you can use washers to ensure that the chain alignment is closer to what you would prefer.
