Hello everybody, got into my 40's and nostalgia and stupidity has set in!

I'm starting to restore a 1984 cota 200. Bike is sound just looks a pig. Can anybody help with the following.

I need the tank shroud repairing and repainting (a few cracks and elongated front bolt hole)

Can anybody recommend a company who is good at it?

Next the same question but on wheel refurb, who's the best to send them to?

Also does anybody know where you can get a workshop manual (or a copy)

    the cost of re furbing a wheel is not economic.. take out the hub have it skimmed and powder coated and off to cwc for a new hoop and spokes ( circa 200 per wheel?) :blush:
