Please help me I need the oil capacity for the engine and forks on a cota 200 desperately!

Hi can anybody tell me the exact year of my bike? I think its 83 or 84 but not 100% Frame and engine 29M00627 Cheers Neil PS anyone got a workshop/parts manual ;-)

Hello everybody, got into my 40's and nostalgia and stupidity has set in! I'm starting to restore a 1984 cota 200. Bike is sound just looks a pig. Can anybody help with the following. I need the tank shroud repairing and repainting (a few cracks and elongated front bolt hole) Can anybody recommend a company who is good at it? Next the same question but on wheel refurb, who's the best to send them to? Also does anybody know where you can get a workshop manual (or a copy) Thanks Neil
