Help! 06 Scorpa Sy Won't Fire!

Featured Replies

Yesterday i bought an 2006 scorpa sy 250. Started first kick, warmed up everything was fine. However today its not. Pulled it out of the garage this afternoon and it won't start. It has good compression, good spark and plenty of fuel getting through. Had the plug out 4 times to clean it and heat it, but still no joy!! :wall:

If anyone has any advice or anything at all it would be much appreciaed!!!

Cheers, Tom

do not use any throttle when your trying to start it.. kick it 3 or 4 times with the chock on if it wont go do the same agin no choke if not hold throttle WFO and try again..

If I forget to turn the fuel off when mine is on the trailer, the bouncing along on the road causes it to flood.

All I do is turn the tap off, hold the throttle wide open and keep kicking. It always goes eventually. To give the leg a help, I stand on the trailer and kick from above.

Can't guarantee this will be your problem, but worth a try.
