@nigel dabster I had one of them. Engine parts should be similar to TR32/33 ? 

Great bikes, I had one as a schoolboy. I fitted mine with some gold bars that came on the first batch of JCMS.  I can't imagine the bars lasted 34 years ! Is the clutch cover damaged where the actuating arm is ?
