Chuck i had the manuals from you a couple of months ago thanks. I don't have a headlight fitted so can't tell weather its blowing bulbs.I do have a new thermostat to try as i know the fan is working as when i touch the wires together it comes on.

these are a pretty basic set up, as long as they are hooked up right, and the sensors ect, are in good working order, they work good,

thermoustat, water temp sensor, fan controler, and condesor, and fan, they should work,

if one of these arent working, then the whole works messes up.

once you find the culprit, youll have it working.
