I just thought id let you all know that i now have a re-designed cover that fits :hyper: and also fresh from the printer tonight a fancy new sprocket guard addition, which i haven't tried on yet, but hopefully should fit nicely.

Looks great Dave..especially like that you can detatch the bit to get at the front sprocket!...pity Beta didnt think of that!!!!!

So, Will you be selling them?

And do any of you use any grease or silicone or similar to seal that flywheel cover on? I took mine off last week and there was a litle bit of grut getting past the rubber thing where the electrils go in :lol: I have got it out with a little brake cleaner and the bike on an angle.

nice. hope that chain guard dont get caught on anything. i wonder if it will clear better down here in the mud they block right upand you cant clear them easily in a trial. also the bits where the bolts go for the flywheel cover are thay nice and strong mine have now split due to being old and previous overtightening. take it its being painted.

How much did you pay for the cover? It looks good :lol: I think a clear one would look good on my sherco :D
